I Determine how you Treat or Talk to me

It is in my power to determine how anyone treats or talks to me. When I act unprofessionally, no doubt I should expect unprofessional treatment. Likewise, If I talk to anyone in an uncivil manner, I should expect such in return. The saying that “be kind to people on your way up, because you may need the same people on your way down" is a statement of fact. Hence, kindness begets kindness. In addition, if I'm being civil, respectful, professional, ethical, honest, trustworthy and sincere, I  expect the same output from any individual I am dealing with.

It is high time we learned that we can control how anyone treats or speaks to us. Our actions and conversation should at all times reflect a welcoming and healthy treatment no matter what.

Do you have the understanding that you determine how others treat or speak to you because it’s entirely in your control?

In one of my posts, I shared how one can be addressed based on how one dresses. That's an example of one way you can control how you are treated or talked to. Obviously, you all have noticed my professional dressing ethics. With my dressing and appearance I always set a standard on how I must be addressed.  Yes, an untidy or tousled dressing may pull unpleasant conversation to such individuals.

Also, we expect our prospective suitors, boyfriend, girlfriend, fiancee or fiance to treat us with respect, dignity, openness and love. But the question is, how am I going to treat them in return?. Am I going to treat them in a like manner or be a hypocrite? These and many more questions should be answered before expecting positive reactions because your actions determine the reactions from opposite sex.
In like manner, if your punctuality to your job is below the company standard, there’s a tendency that a courageous conversation from your boss will take place. Yes, courageous conversation. Usually, it feels very unpleasant.  If you exhibit an aloof attitude towards your studies, equally expect your professor to offer
you‌ ‌a‌ ‌low‌ ‌score.‌ A ‌studious‌ ‌student‌ ‌will‌ undoubtedly ‌be‌ ‌rewarded a ‌handsome‌ly.
 ‌

Almost on a daily basis, many try to underestimate my simplicity and openness, yet they do not expect a push back or resentment from me. I'm sorry, as a professional analyst, I analyze every word and action from every individual, hence my reaction, sometimes unexpected response or action. I ensure my reaction or action is within the confines of the law. Bear in mind that we are all entitled to our opinion. However, I strive to make my opinion. Therefore it ‌is‌ ‌high‌ ‌time‌ ‌we‌ ‌learn‌ed ‌that‌ ‌we‌ can ‌control‌ ‌how‌ ‌anyone‌ ‌treats‌ ‌or‌ ‌speaks‌ ‌to‌ ‌us.‌ ‌Our‌ ‌actions‌ ‌and‌ ‌conversation‌s ‌should‌ ‌at‌ ‌all‌ ‌times‌ exude and attract a  respectful ‌and‌ ‌healthy‌ ‌response and treatments‌ ‌no‌ ‌matter‌ ‌what.‌
